Commitments to Our Fiduciary Clients
Trust Team Member
You place a high level of trust in certain people on whom you rely for important business & personal services; some examples are an attorney, CPA, and doctor. This is your core Trust Team to help you quickly whenever you need them for critical matters. You should also consider adding a licensed and experienced Private Professional Fiduciary (PPF) as a member of your Trust Team for estate, trust, and other sensitive and personal matters.
If you allow us to be a member of your Trust Team to perform Professional Fiduciary services for you, we commit to high ethical standards, loyalty and discretion, and will maintain fidelity and privacy in all matters.
You expect all members of your Trust Team to be responsive to your needs. This includes not only responding to your calls and messages quickly, but also handling your requests with dignity and professionalism and with the proper information and services that you require to fulfill your needs, especially when time is of the essence.
We commit to provide you with a high quality level of service in a timely manner, and will endeavor to earn your repeat business on an ongoing basis.
All of your requests for services should be handled with an approach that is focused on your needs and conditions. Services will be tailored appropriately so that you receive the kind of attention and handling that best align with your unique situation.
We commit to giving you specialized and appropriate services that are adapted to your requests and particular circumstances.
Disposition of Services Rendered
At the beginning of a service, we outline what we expect to achieve, and how we plan to achieve it. We will inform you of possible limitations or potential conflicts of interest, prior to starting any work or incurring any costs, or at such time as they may become evident during performance of a service. In providing a service, we communicate regular updates of status, so that you know where matters stand and if any changes need to be made and why.
It is our sincerest desire and commitment to ensure that every client experience results in a feeling of satisfaction. We commit to ensure that the requested service is completed effectively − achieves the desired scope and quality, and is rendered in an efficient manner − performs within expected time and cost.
The confidentiality of not only your personal data, but also any of your business and other activities, as well as all facts surrounding our fiduciary relationship, is at the heart of our representation of every client.
Your client data and personal information are a primary security concern. Our computer systems and technical services are modern, well-maintained, password-protected, and backed up on a daily and weekly basis. All hardwares and softwares are reviewed for upgrade or replacement potential on a regular basis. As well, new systems methods and processes are continually reviewed for possible implementation in our systems operations.
We commit to maintaining our overall systems environment in a manner that ensures continued operational readiness and data security.
In order to improve overall knowledge, skills, and abilities on a regular basis, so we can render more and better services to our clients in the future, we commit to undertaking relevant continuing education every year, in addition to the annual ethics and other CEUs required by the CA State Professional Fiduciaries Bureau.
